EVERY NATION KAMPALA MINISTRY UPDATES.
Greetings from Every Nation Kampala –Uganda, Hoping that the lord has kept you well in the midst of COVID19. We bless the lord for the great things He is doing in our community and the nation at large, we are in the early stages of the church plant but we have seen amazing progress regardless of COVID19 challenges. We have continued to reach out to our community and Campus with different approaches.
Community Outreaches.
The country is still on the lockdown after the outbreak of corona virus pandemic and the church buildings are still closed however the word of God is being preached in our community and discipleship hasn’t stopped. This is done through family visitations and our community connect groups. Through the partnership of Beyond Uganda family we have been able to give food to over 60 families during the season of lock down and through this activity we have witnessed about 25 people give their lives to Jesus and have joined our discipleship class every Wednesday, trusting that they will grow in following Christ and help others to follow Him as their personal Lord and Savior
Campus ministry.
Campuses are apparently closed due to the same challenge of the pandemic, so students can not be at the university and we can’t meet physically. This compelled us to introduce online discipleship so that we can continue to see them grow in the lord and appreciate discipleship life. Before the campus was closed we had started campus connect every Thursday, which we have kept doing but this time with very few who stay nearby and then online which is not very easy but some of students are very committed and we are seeing great results of students reaching out to other students and through this online discipleship, 2 students gave their lives to Jesus and joined the connect group.
Worship Services:
The church buildings are still closed due to COVID19 but the church is still open to make disciples but also following the easing of the lockdown and so we as Every Nation Kampala decided to start our meetings in three shifts to keep the number very small as regulated by authorities. We call them meetings instead of services, since meetings of few people are officially allowed and we meet in office setting since offices are open but all in all we are finding ways to keep meeting because it is necessary for us as a starting church. Currently we have 40 members who meet every Sunday in 3 phases and it’s amazing.
Connect groups:
We have maintained a system of meeting in small groups in different setting to learn and pray together as a family and we have seen these groups grow every week and people are very much committed than we could think.

Outstanding Testimony.
Two Moslem families: These two amazing families have opened a great door for us to engage the moslem community and it’s amazing what God is doing in our community.
1. Shamim Nakagolo, got saved and joined our church before church lockdown and after joining the connect group she went back and started engaging her husband and few weeks back her husband gave his life to Jesus and has now joined discipleship classes.
2. We reached out to (Aisha) during our Christmas part last year and she gave her life to Christ and joined our church and after becoming committed to the connect group she went back and engaged her sister (Zam) who gave her life to Jesus and is now committed to community connect group.
Prayer request.
Church Opening: In our Ugandan culture, the church building plays a big role for people to settle in a church and grow. So we are trusting God for a place of worship in our community but also praying that the government will open churches soon.
Connect groups: During this lockdown, we have started many new connect groups which are growing steadily so keep us in prayers that they will grow and these members will become family members of Every Nation kampala and Make more disciples.
Blessings to you all Papa Ronnie
