Update from Paris

We are Ryan and Marita, Daniel and Evan Caley God has called us to Paris, France to plant an Every Nation Church.

We have three co-workers from the USA. Pastors Charles and Tiffany Kiefer and their 6 kids and Caitlin Ball who is the Campus minister. It has been a blessing to have these co-labourers, as we have faced various difficulties with our health. Charles and Tiffany are overseeing the church as we are on a health sabbatical until June.

As a team we are focusing on our French studies as this is such an important part of being able to build relationships. We are also continuing to build friendships in the communities where we live.

We are now in our third lock-down. Our Sunday services have been on ZOOM for the last year. Despite the restrictions new people have been added to the church. We have used ZOOM for discipleship groups, staff meeting and various other ministry meetings. It has certainly felt very limiting and we all would love to have greater freedom. But in spite of it all it is amazing to look at this year and SEE what GOD has DONE.

A big highlight of the past year is three women that were baptised.

God has been opening doors in the sports world and we continue to trust him for keys to minister to the players and their communities. Ryan was praying for an opportunity to be involved in serving the coaches and teams at the club where Daniel is playing rugby now. We are thankful for this open door to serve at Racing 92 U11's.

Please pray for: Health and healing for Ryan and grace and protection for our family. Pray for Marita for healing and recovery from the post traumatic stress disorder that she has incurred through this journey.

Pray for us that God will strengthen us by His Spirit and that the work of the gospel will not be stopped.

Pray for the church and the disciples here in Paris to be light in the city.

Pray for Charles, Tiffany and Caitlin as they continue to minister and lead.

Once again our heartfelt thanks to South Africa for your continued prayer and financial support. While 2020 had its challenges and uncertainty, a gospel centred ministry remains the same. Prior to Man
